Stephanie at Integra Insurance Group has been my health insurance broker for a few years now. I've had a few brokers in the past and she is the best I have worked with. Really fantastic - knowledgeable, responsive, and just a huge help sorting out the mess of 'open enrollment' health insurance companies/plans that I have to go through. This week John Jones Jr went above and beyond helping me get insurance for my 96 year old mother in-law that moved from Florida into our home in Westminster, Colorado. It’s a holiday week, plus last minute enrollment for next year plans, so a very busy time for him. He was efficient, helpful and even walked me through the online enrollment when I encountered problems. So patient and so kind to me at a stressful moment. She had to have this enrollment go through before 12/1/24 and it’s the day before Thanksgiving. I can’t say enough about the service I was given!!!! 5+ stars all the way!!! Thank you John Jones Jr.
