Came here for dinner during the week while in the East Hollywood area. It was a last minute dinner with about 15 guests, but they accommodated us no problem. They put together several tables and immediately had us seated. Service was top notch. We ordered many different dishes at various spice levels since we ate family style and had varying tolerances for heat. Portions were great for sharing and the spice levels were as ordered. I personally preferred more heat, but didn't want anything to be too hot for anyone. Dishes were freshly made and flavorful. Will come back here for Indian food when visiting Hollywood.

I'm just going to assume the people giving this place a poor rating don't have a very sophisticated palette or one that can differentiate between serviceable Indian food and truly great Indian food. Because India's restaurant serves truly great Indian food. I've gotten delivery from here a number of times and finally got around to visit the restaurant in person. I had no idea what to expect but suffice to say I am beyond pleased with both the food and ambience. It would be easy enough to leave this place a best kept secret but the proprietors deserve respect and repeat business for the obvious care they've put into every aspect of the restaurant. I am dismayed to see their current rating because they are in no way mid. In short, if you are a fan of Indian food, you will not regret visiting India's Restaurant.

Excellent food and service late at night, was super chill vibes - the guys who run this place work so hard and are so nice ! The onion bhaji was such a filling and delicious appetizer I didn’t get more like expected. Def a gem in LA - cleaned my plate

I've dined at this restaurant numerous times, and each visit has been a genuine pleasure! I especially appreciate the variety of the vegetarian options, which are so plentiful that I always find something new and exciting to try. The food is consistently well-seasoned, and they def understand spice – a definite plus for those who enjoy spicy food, but good to note for those who can’t handle it, choose mild, still super flavorful c: In addition to the wonderful food, the staff has always been kind and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience, it also a great option for takeout. Finally, I'm consistently impressed by the generous serving sizes and reasonable pricing, which almost always guarantee delicious leftovers.
