I've been to alot of hotpots and this one by far is my favorite. From the high quality food to the best service. The tomato broth is my favorite along with the ribeye and short rib meat. Love that you can choose your own items and make it to your own liking. Annie always gives the best service and makes me feel like family. She is so kind and attentive to detail which makes me want come back- Especially when it's raining you can definitely find me here. Also, this place is always clean which is very important. Don't hesitate to come check them out for yourself!

We came in, and there was a bit of a wait but it was only 15-20 minutes. So totally worth the wait. Food was great, and our server was attentive! I went too crazy on the sides/veggies, and I wish I hadn't because I LOVED the beef shortribs and brisket... I 100% recommend coming to this hot pot spot if you're in the area.

This place is awesome. The food is fresh and great quality. The first time I was invited by a friend and I really enjoyed it. Everything was great, especially our server( a young man). A week later, I invited 7 my husband and 6 friends. They all loved it. This time, however, we did not get good service at all(2 gals). That is why I gave it 3 stars on the service. We all still enjoyed the food and the experience and the atmosphere.

I recently visited Hot Pot Spot and had a generally positive experience. The cleanliness of the restaurant stood out compared to other hot pot places. Tables were wiped promptly, the floors were tidy, and the condiment station was well-organized and regularly restocked. Service was acceptable—nothing particularly memorable, but staff were polite and quick to refill water. Overall the meal was delicious with plenty of options for your hot pot. It is all you can eat and the price reflects that.

Fun place with a ton of add-ins. We ordered the spicy and tonkatsu broths. I wasn't a huge fan of the spicy but the tonkatsu was good. We also tried almost every vegetable and a ton of meats. All were good, but it was a bit stressful trying to finish everything on the table (to avoid any additional charges)
