From the service to the food, everything was exceptional. First, our server George was so attentive, gave great recommendations and even gave us recommendations for other places to try. The food was amazing. We had the broccoli, the pork ribs, the wontons and the bone marrow fried rice. Everything was packed with flavor but the broccoli was surprisingly a huge star. We finished our meal with the waffle with the salted vanilla ice cream. It normally comes with the coffee but they actually let us try both which really went above and beyond. We had such a pleasant dining experience and I’d recommend everyone stop here. Side note: the playlist was also incredible!

I saw one review here ask if this was the best restaurant in Denver. I haven’t been to all of the restaurants in Denver, so, I can’t answer. But, I will say very confidently, Hop Alley has to be in the conversation. The food was beyond delicious and everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I don’t live in Denver and come here rarely, but I guarantee when I come back I’ll definitely attempt to eat here again!!! Loved it…

Amazing food and fantastic service! Came for our anniversary dinner, and we weren't sure we would get in since we didn't have a reservation, but they were very kind and found a space for us. Everything we ordered was delicious, and they even surprised us with a dessert to celebrate. Had a great time visiting Denver and Hop Alley was one of the reasons for that.

Food was fantastic! We had the field greens salad, Beijing duck roll, and mushroom fried rice. The drink menu was also well thought out with many options and creative cocktails. The shareable style portions was also unique and fun allowing you to try multiple dishes.
