Wow. Phenomenal food, incredible ambience, fantastic host and server. Beautiful place to be. We tried the regular sushi the pressed tuna. It was soo good. And fresh. We also ordered one of the funky flavor sushi with soy paper and macadamia nuts. It was interesting. But we were feeling adventurous. Probably won’t try the funny flavors again. The salmon was delectable. The trout barely barely had any flavor.. Juicy and flaky nonetheless . The mashed potatoes were insane! Did not make no sense how good they were. We love coming here and we will definitely be back.

Really thought that this place would be over-hyped, since it’s a chain but man they DELIVERED. The food was so yummy, in just a really classic way. They were running a bit behind on our reservation but they made up for it tenfold with amazing service, bringing us drinks while we waited for our table and comping our appetizer. The French dip was delectable (pro tip: ask for the fresh horseradish too), the croutons on the Caesar salad were so soft and crunchy at the same time, and the martini was crispy and refreshing at the same time. Highly recommend! It’s super packed so reservations necessary.

Excellent attentive friendly staff. We were seated promptly and felt well attended to. Drinks were tasty, grilled artichoke was excellent. Steak was amazing, chicken sandwhich was good. Key lime pie, amazing. Not a budget conscience experience, but imho, worth it.

This is always a perfect choice for great food. Make sure you get a reservation, because it can have a long wait. We came here for dinner on a Sunday around 4:45pm, it felt like there wasn't a wait. We started with the coconut shrimp roll 9/10 followed by the spinach & artichoke dip 9.5/10. The food came out quickly and everything was very tasty. For our entrees I had the Hawaiian rib-eye 9.3/10, perfectly cooked and had great flavor. The fries that were served with it were a little undercooked and underwhelming 5/10 for the fries. I don't know why the got rid of their baked potatoes, they were so much better! My girlfriend started with a little house salad, nothing spectacular, a basic salad 6/10. For her entrée she ordered the double-cut pork chop, a little on the plain side 6.8/10. The braised cabbage was pretty good but could have used more goat cheese 7/10. For dessert we tried the key lime pie, very good crust and taste, a little on the tart side 8/10. All of the staff were very friendly. Parking is another issue, but this time we were lucky to find a metered spot outside. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Hillstone never disappoints. The food was absolutely great, and the service was equally impressive, being prompt, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Everyone we encountered was kind, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I’d highly recommend Hillstone to anyone looking for a top-notch meal with exceptional service.
