Specialties: The Highland Tap & Burger is a casual neighborhood restaurant and bar that has been a part of the Highlands community for over 10 years. Our seasonal menu is designed to satisfy your appetite using only the best ingredients, so whether you're dining on one of our traditional American classic burgers or balling out on fois gras and Wagyu beef, you'll leave feeling satisfied. Our year-round patio is pet friendly, so bring your furry friends for a pint and a bite! We feature 18 TVs, so every seat in the house is a good one. We also have every sports package and are happy to put your game on - just ask your server or bartender and we'll make it happen for you! The Highland Tap and Burger was created by 3 former Michiganites Kevin Eddy, Kris Slocum and Paul Brown and 3 former Bostonians Brad Beale, Katie O'Shea and her Husband Juan Padro. The partners have over 60 years in the food and beverage industry. Our Idea was to find a growing, thriving neighborhood in the Denver metro area that would fit our concept of a restaurant/bar that serves local craft brews, gourmet burgers, signature sandwiches, appetizers, salads, soups prepared with as many locally grown ingredients as possible. The "Tap" will broadcast professional and college sports NFL, NCAA, NHL, NBA and MLB on 16 50 inch TV's. The Lower Denver Highlands or "LoHi" fit our objective perfectly. The owners of the "Tap" are proud of the LoHi neighborhood and will be participating in community and charity events as well as bring new ideas to the LoHi area. The Tap welcomes everyone to share and comment and help make our new establishment grow and thrive along with the neighborhood.
