My favorite restaurant in Boulder! Their cocktail menu is excellent. The skillet cornbread is so good I got seconds the first time I went. The food is always wonderful, and the menu ranges from casual sandwiches to great New American style cuisine. High Country is my go-to for happy hour and special occasions.

Stopped in to try their Golden Hour for a $4 draft beer and an appetizer. WOW! I had the hippie dip and it was healthy and tasty. Then decided to try the potato cauliflower soup and loved it! Highly recommend. Great value and location. Staff was friendly too.

I have eaten there twice and both experiences were great. I got the mussels the first time and they were so good I ordered them again. My husband did the same with the burger. The spicy carrot hummus is so delicious I wanted to lick the plate. The cocktails are also very good. I would highly recommend this place and will be returning for sure.

Went here for lunch with my wife yesterday afternoon. The whipped goat cheese was amazing. The smoked pork sandwich was a bit difficult to eat with your hands and was heavy on the smoke, but still had a good flavor. The Mac and cheese side was excellent. Also, I had a refreshing irish whiskey cocktail with blackberry. I can't remember the name of it.

Absolute perfection! Everything was absolutely delicious, so fresh and flavorful. Perfectly balanced and nuanced cocktail. Loved dining on the patio under the trees.
