The food is a single menu, Seolleongtang, and I can choose the type of meat. The slightly cloudy soup that I ate when I was young has meat and noodles in it. In the past, they used to put noodles in it, but these days, they have changed it to noodles, which is a shame. If they have been in business for a long time with one menu, you should give them some recognition.

I thought it was delicious. I’d make it a staple if I lived close by. I like how simple the menu is and how quickly it comes out. I got the brisket and I thought the proportions of everything were perfect for me (150-160lbs). Huge tub of green onions available. Plenty of salt, pepper, and kimchi also. (I don’t like the radish). The interior is basic hole-in-the-wall vibe but it’s an aesthetic you’d commonly see in Korea so it feels authentic in a way. Parking was very easy with a lot right next to the restaurant. Service was great.

Hanbat Shul Lung Tang is such a cozy Korean restaurant in K town. Their menu is so simple because they are specialized in one thing - Seolleongtang and it was so good. It was so rich and creamy and tasted really good and it was so comfortable to have. They also have a big box of freshly cut green onions on each table which goes great with the soup.

I got the beef brisket broth, which comes with kimchi and radish ban chan and white rice. The broth is savory but light and the brisket is tender. When you’re finished eating you feel refreshed and satisfied - no bloat at all.
