First time here and taken back by the pay to park lot as I rarely see them unless it's someplace like Chicago even though it's not 50 cents for 1 hour. The pay booth says the minimum is $1.00 to pay so you have 2 hours there. Anyway, the food was great as a friend and I went here for lunch after going to the VA. I had the el chupacabra which wasn't hot. Hot in terms of peppers and not hot as in warm food as the food was warm and tasty. With it I had a cup of French Onion soup which the broth works with the chips you may have to absorb it and not waste it. Here's a photo of the sandwich with the chips I had already in the broth as I had the main part of the soup before. I didn't take a photo of what my friend ordered. We only chose water as a drink. The next time I'm in the area and not going to the VA (as that's my main reason to go to Fayetteville,) I'll try to come here again and try something else on the menu.

There is just something special about this place besides the fact that it is just in a cool location in a cool college city. This is a must stop when we go through Fayetteville. The Bloody Mary’s just hit different and the adult grilled cheese sandwiches are amazing!

Soooo good! I got the parm grilled cheese and tomato soup! I am filled to the brim with soup and feeling great. 👍 Our waitress Kasey had some cool aquatic tattoos and great service! Check out this triple pickle action!!!!! 🥒🥒🥒🥒🥒

Great grilled cheese, too many to choose from but our two were delicious! Definitely recommend. Only down side is it's right next to a loud club so be prepared to hear that music. Definitely gotta stop for a grilled cheese though!

Hammontree's Grilled Cheese is a must-visit! I tried the Scarlett Cheddar, and it was absolutely delicious—a perfect blend of cheesy goodness with turkey. I was hesitant about the berry wheat bread, but it turned out to be an amazing flavor combo. Great spot for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend!
