Halva is an excellent spot for authentic Turkish food. The dishes are incredibly delicious and full of flavor, offering a true taste of Turkish cuisine. The service is fast and the staff is polite, making the experience even more enjoyable. With a wide range of options on the menu, there’s something for everyone, and everything I tried was tasty. I’ll definitely be coming back to enjoy more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying meal!

A really, really good Turkish restaurant. The kebabs were great, and it was a nice surprise to see a lot of lamb liver on the kebab plate. The kofta and chicken were also nice. It goes beyond the meat though! The ezme and the complimentary salad and pita at the beginning was decent, and the yogurt dip was flavorful too.

Food was incredible and came out quickly, staff were super friendly, atmosphere was cozy, everything was perfect and I have no complaints. If you are in the area and like Mediterranean food, look no further. Favorite dish was the Pistachio Leaves (Gaziantep Katmer), try it out!

Excellent Turkish food👌🏻, I came to Helva because I just found out there's a Turkish restaurant in Watertown and I just had to try it since I dearly miss the Turkish food I had in Turkey. I was not disappointed, My favorite dish is the Special Beyti Kebab, which I can best describe as a Turkish version of a Beef Wellington with the addition of tomato sauce and yogurt. Absolutely delicious. The waitresses are very attentive and the diner ambiance is enjoyable.

The food was amazing and the staff was super kind! Other than the free appetizers (salsa, bread, salad, and pickled onion salad…..We got the 3 mezze sampler, the recommended three on the menu ( Cretan mash, muhammara, and avocado basil hummus). We got the pistachio kebab and it was so unique and tasty! I loved the little crunch and it was the best kebab I’ve had. We also got the special Beyit, the sauce had browned butter on it and it was really delicious. To finish the night off, we got a special halva pistachio and the pistachio leaves for dessert. Incredible, warm and goes well with ice cream. 10/10 place! I’m glad I went here for my graduation 😇
