The restaurant was very elegant. The food was amazing. They had non alcoholic drinks, which was very nice to have. The service was fast, and the servers were kind. Even through the winter storm. We had a cake delivered from Elderflower Baking Company, and it was ready for us and was brought out at the perfect time. They even cut it for us.

First time here. I was pleasantly surprised that this restaurant is a part of the O. Henry Hotel. The restaurant is beautiful! Definitely make reservations! We were greeted when we checked in and they took us to out table right away. Zach was our server and he was awesome!! He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad with honey apple vinaigrette minus the blueberries, pickled red onions and the feta cheese and sweet tea. (Yes, I'm kinda picky with some food). The salad was delicious! The seasoning on the chicken was perfect! The bread on our table when we sat down was absolutely delicious! I could have just eaten that for lunch! We had a great time here. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

This place is such a treat. I had their salmon salad, apple spritz, an Irish chocolate cake and an espresso ☕️. This place is well known in town for their delicious food, elegant decor, and outstanding customer service. I can assure all these were true. Souther hospitality at its core. Highly recommend. Will be back!

Highly recommend dining at GVG. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our meal. The ambiance was calm and inviting. We were able to have a conversation without it feeling like we're yelling across the table at one another which seems rare these days. The music was pleasant classical music. The server, Morgan, was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. All fresh. We ordered the Truffle Fries starter which, beware, is a generous portion. My husband ordered the GVG Reuben which was the best Reuben we've tasted in a while. I ordered the Herb Shrimp and Spring Vegetable Penne. I don't usually like asparagus but it was perfectly prepared and added a nice texture to the pasta dish. Memorable experience.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Green Valley Grill, one of those meals that lingers in your memory long after the last bite. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like old friends. The hosts were warm, gracious, and efficient, setting the tone for what would be a truly special evening. The ambiance was inviting, with an effortless blend of cozy and upscale, making it perfect for everything from a romantic date night to a celebratory dinner. Let’s talk about the food, because wow. I ordered the pan-seared scallops, and I can honestly say they were perfection. Perfectly caramelized on the outside and buttery-tender on the inside, they were served atop a dreamy asparagus orzotto that was so rich and flavorful it could’ve been a main dish all on its own. The wilted greens were vibrant and fresh, adding a beautiful contrast to the richness of the dish. But what truly tied it all together was the Calabrian chili oil and lemon zest — the brightness and subtle heat elevated every bite. Every component was balanced, thoughtful, and masterfully prepared. You could tell the kitchen staff takes immense pride in their craft. My wife had the parmesan-crusted chicken, and she couldn’t stop raving about it. Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, the crispy parmesan exterior gave way to a succulent interior. The lemon-garlic sauce was heavenly, tangy and smooth with just the right punch, and paired beautifully with the herb goat cheese. The fried capers were a delightful touch, adding a pop of briny crunch that complemented the creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable medley. It was a dish that sang with flavor and comfort in every forkful. The service? Truly outstanding. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, genuinely knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel completely taken care of. Every request was met with a smile, and our drinks were never empty. You could sense a real harmony between the front-of-house staff and the kitchen, everything flowed seamlessly, like a well-rehearsed symphony. I also want to give a heartfelt shoutout to the kitchen team, your passion shows. Every element of every dish was cooked with care and intention. From the sear on the scallops to the seasoning of the vegetables, it was clear that nothing left that kitchen without being just right. In short, Green Valley Grill delivered an experience that was delicious, elegant, and deeply satisfying. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Whether you’re a local or passing through, do yourself a favor and dine here. It’s the kind of place that reminds you how magical a great meal can be.
