Vegan stall in a public market. I had the Reuben. From the marble bread, to the horseradish sauce and “meat” made from celery root, the sandwich was divine! I appreciate that they didn’t use fake meat and it was executed really really well. I wish I lived in Denver, I would try more of their dishes.

The Reuben is always one of my go to’s when on the menu at a vegan restaurant. This one is exquisite!! Well balanced and absolutely delicious. Would’ve gone back for another one if I had more time. Highly recommend Gladys, definitely will need to go back and try out more items on the menu

Gladys is in the Edgewater Public Market. The braised tofu, and the squash fritters were amazing! Intense flavors, the perfect amount of spice, and fantastic service. If you like vegan food, check this place out.

I got the mushroom risotto and it was delicious and had a fantastic presentation. Staff is super friendly. I ordered to go which came in what seems like all paper based packaging including the box and the fork, and yet the packaging is very sturdy. Not even a trace of the risotto seeped through the box for the 4 hours the box was sitting with me and the paper based fork was super sturdy too. Love the environmentally friendly and sturdy packaging. Chocolate cookie was amazing too.

Truly the best food I’ve ever had in my life! Upscale quality at an affordable price! So far I’ve tried the Caesar salad, potato croquettes, flatbread, cucumber salad, mushroom risotto, and chocolate chip cookie. We will keep going back and try everything on the menu! Amazing food, all vegan, such a gem. Plants forever!
