Will preface this review by stating that I’m not really a sandwich guy so for me to rave about one means it’s got to be extra special. This place has a lot of buzz around it and I’ve only had the Melrose but I can honestly say, it’s worth every hype. I just had it today and can’t wait to go back. They have hot and cold sandwiches all served on their famous Dutch crunch bread. I’m afraid to even try their other sandwiches because the Melrose was just so good but I feel like anything on that Dutch Crunch bread would be at least decent. That extra heat and toast you get with the hot sandwich really took it to the next level so I’ll probably stick with the hot ones. Besides the perfect bread, everything in the Melrose was high quality and perfectly balanced. The turkey, Black Forest ham, bacon, pepperoncinis, and their house spread. It just blended so well together to create this magical sandwich with each bite delivering flavor after flavor. Service was super friendly also. Parking is limited but that’s everywhere on Melrose.

Huge sandwiches for reasonable prices being that it is an expensive area. The service was excellent and the cashier suggested I get their smallest size which is the "large" size and it was ginormous! Great food but the parking is an issue. Find street parking around the area.

Quick service. Staff is very nice. The sandwich is huge. To share with a friend. There are few tables or chairs to sit since is a place designed to grab and go. In the time I was there I noticed a great flow of customers. That tells you that is good.

*I apologize for the lack of pictures. I was very hungry* I will call this the little sandwich shop that could. I cannot believe how amazing the subs are here. Also how huge they are. You can honestly get a regular size sub and split it with a friend and it will get the job done. I was so hungry I don’t even remember the name of the sub I got. I know it was amazing. To the owner of this wonderful establishment I give you my word I will return and do a much better review.
