Finally got a chance to check out Ggiata and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Spicy P which was fresh and flavorful. The sauce was delicious. The spice level was mild for my palette, but I’m sure others would find it hot. The seeded roll was crunchy and fresh. My only critique is that the sandwich came out lukewarm-warm. It’s listed as a hot sandwich, but it was tepid at best. Others in the party ordered The Classic Italian and everyone raved about it. All-in-all a really solid sandwich spot in Los Angeles. It’s definitely on the top of the East Coast deli spots in LA.

Few days ago I was working nearby, at first I didn't decide what to eat, I had seen this place a while ago but I never had the opportunity to try. Once I walked in the one friendly guy helped me to place my order, however it was my first time going there, so it took me a few minutes to decide what to get but the guy was so friendly and patient that he helped me through my order and explained some items on the menu, I finally decided to get the masterpiece. Was so good and decent portion totally worth the price. I'm looking forward to try a different meal. After i ordered the sandwich I saw the burgers, which that might be my next item. The place is small but pretty nice with a couple outdoor tables to enjoy the meal. And service was pretty fast. Personally liked the masterpiece sandwich, I would recommend anyone to give a try

The Turkey sandwich is delicious and huge. Bread is chewy and good, not hard. The chocolate chip cookie is the best I have ever had. This food is quality and amazing in flavor

We order sandwiches from Ggiata all the time! My favorite is Madeline. Its veggie based with balsamic dressing and is very light and pleasant to eat. Second favorite is Don Pepe with chicken and mayo based dressing. The sandwiches usually packed nicely. The bread in sandwiches is hit or miss though, does not always taste super fresh, still pretty good. Person who answers the phone is very polite. Thank you!

First time here. 1900's atmosphere at the restaurant and location. Enjoyable on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. The back patio decor is fitting for the area. The food was exceptional, prices reasonable, and portions plenty. It's a place I recommend to come back.
