Specialties: Authentic Chinese Home Cooking and noodle restaurant, featuring Authentic and Healthy Chinese Home Cooking, including homemade dumplings, various types of noodles (inc. gluten-free) and specials, such as the duck roll and Chinese jianbing. Established in 2015. Back in Beijing I had three restaurants, but I always missed the quality of life I had in Boulder on holiday a few years back. After moving here I was surprised at the quality of the Chinese food here, and not in a good way. Where did all the spices and technique go? Why is everything fried? And what the heck is orange chicken? I eventually decided to open my own restaurant and make authentic Chinese food using fresh ingredients and real spices. After much searching we finally found this little place on Broadway that was perfect: small, affordable, and a great platform to test and tweak our recipes on our American diners. I love Boulder, and I'm so happy to finally be part of this community.

Pretty good hole in the wall for authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Beef noodle soup was decent, certainly not the best I've had. Pretty good price point too, with that said, portions are a bit small. You probably need a couple items to get full. It's not a bad spot for quick Taiwanese, if you don't feel like making the trip into Denver.

I ordered the vegetarian dan dan noodles. They were superb. They came in a savory vegetarian broth with oil. I normally don’t like vegetarian dishes, but the flavor in the texture was so superior that I didn’t mind. Strongly recommended.

The staff was extremely kind when I was asking about the menu. They pointed out the favorites and the differences from options in the menu. I ended up with the pork cabbage dumplings and they were fantastic. Best dumplings I have had in a long time and will 100% be coming back to try other things off the menu.

I work next to their old location. My coworkers and I are definitely sad that they moved to the hill. Today we went there for lunch. I ordered the wonton duck noodle soup. It was still as amazing as before. Their broth was so good. One of the few restaurants that I drink all of the broth.
