Busy time and service did not include friendliness…which is passable but not preferred. We came at nearly noon so the pastries were picked over. The cinnamon roll was pretty delicious, coffee options were good and above average for most bakeries. Atmosphere left some to be desired but it was a good experience.

They sent a new box that was perfect after this post. Def worth the wait! Great customer service. Earlier post: My son and his girlftiend ordered sticky buns for my brother who is sick and disabled and asks for so little but was looking for these buns. They came through the mail and for this ridiculously high price they could have been wrapped. What a mess. What were they thinking when they shipped them loose in a box?

Stopped by during my stay at the hotel next door. I was really pleased with how good the breakfast sandwich and iced chai latte both were. Quality was there along with taste. Pretty efficiently run too.

The food was great. This may also be the only decent cup of coffee I've had this week in Boston. However, it's cafeteria style with auto tip starting at 15 percent! Also the counter I sat at was dirty with bits of egg on it. It wasn't busy, but no one came around to clean the area in the hour I was there. I also had to go back and ask for a spoon instead of getting one with my food. The stool I sat on was okay. Just not a cozy place. If you're looking for grab and go, this place is great.
