We went to Firebirds to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing time! Our server was Brittany. She was super sweet and the service was great. Unfortunately, my dad’s order got mixed up but the managers (Marvin and sorry we forgot the other name) went above and beyond to make things right! We were all so impressed with the level of service and the professionalism!! Firebirds is one of my favorites and absolutely nothing has changed after today! Thank you for the amazing service and for helping me celebrate my birthday!!! We will certainly be back!

Visited Firebirds for lunch with my family. It wasn't busy in the early afternoon. All employees were welcoming and helpful. Explained that there was a shellfish allergy in my party and the server ensured the food ordered was not cooked on the same surface or oil as other entrees. Thank for the wonderful experience!

I visited one weekday when it wasn't busy at all, but for some reason, there was quite an extended wait on service. No problem though, the server was very friendly, attentive, etc. The caesar salad was truly fabulous, presentation and flavor taking the lead. The croutons I weren't expecting to be excellently seasoned. I don't know what the flavor was, but I think a buffalo-seasoned crouton? Decently priced. The stake was seasoned very nicely. Definitely a go-to for family gatherings, celebrations, etc.

I got to this restaurant pretty early in the day day around 3, so there was plenty of seating when i arrived. I LOVE FIREBIRDS so i wanted to grab the salmon(the L is silent y'all, don't start that bs!!) With the lobster fondue. The food was good it just could have been a tad bit better. I say a tad bit better because the lobster fondue wasn't hot enough or of its normal consistency. The staff was pretty great, we were greeted immediately and the staff was super welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and the vibes were vibing. So lagooglers, i would definitely try them out if you're in the north lake mall area!!!! Oo i almost forgot guys!!! ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS grab you a double black martini because OMG they ferment toast pineapples for 21 days babiiiii. And though I'm not much of a drinker very much a social drinker I LOVE the double black martini. by two I'm boomin and bangin and servin all the yaaayyyy 😅🤣🤣

I celebrated my 30th birthday here and had May as my server. She went above and beyond with her service and gave us a great experience. She was so nice and very attentive. She also brought out a delicious cheesecake with happy birthday written on the plate to celebrate with me! Food was amazing and delicious as usual. Salmon was cooked to perfection. I love this location and our server was amazing. I hope to have her be our server again!
