I love this place and I hope they stick around for a while! My two favorites are the Caesar and the Lotus (pictured), and it's easy to make any item vegan or vegetarian. I particularly appreciate that they griddle the tofu instead of tossing it on cold. I also love the plethora of add-on options. I hope we get more places like this that focus on local food supply and celebrate the salad as a meal.

AMAZING FOOD! It was delicious, fresh and affordable. The atmosphere was great, it was wonderful to see the hydroponics and to know the food you’re consuming comes right from the source. I love how environmentally concious they are and how they do not let anything go to waste!

I love farm and market. I’ve been coming here since they opened. I would say they need better signage but overall a really good place to get organic veggies and delicious food! I love the orange & beet and whatever the salmon meal is called! You definitely have to try if you’re in Denver!

Hands down one of the best salads I’ve ever had! 🙌🏾 They have the freshest, most delicious, high quality ingredients, and I stop by any time I’m in town! The staff is friendly, personable, and accommodating! If I didn’t live across the country, I’d be here regularly!

I am so glad I got to try this place! I had an itinerary for my partner’s birthday celebration and we needed to grab a quick and light but filling meal before our next event and this ended up being the PERFECT place to go! I was a little stressed about time but there was no reason because the staff got the food out pretty quickly! Everything tasted so fresh and clean! My partner loved her Orange & Beet salad (she added tofu). The vinaigrette is not too overpowering and the salad overall was well balanced in flavor! I was trying to go with something that sounded familiar and landed on the Caesar-Ish Wrap! It was delightful, best wrap I’ve had! I couldn’t stop shaking my head about how good it was!
