Amazing story and cool restaurant concept. Delicious elevated Italian with a cool vibe. Great tasting fresh ingredients. The service is outstanding as well. Don’t pass up on their brunch especially! The toast is amazing.

We visited this restaurant for our anniversary dinner. The ambiance was warm and inviting The burrata was delicious—fresh and creamy, and the pasta selections were well-executed and flavorful.The eggplant rollatini didn’t seem very fresh, which was a bit disappointing. The biggest letdown was the tiramisu, which lacked the rich, authentic flavor we were hoping for.

Small intimate Italian restaurant located in NoDa. Parking can be tough but found a metered spot close by. My wife and I booked our first ever visit to Ever Andalo for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We showed up about 15 minutes early for our 6:00 reservation and were seated promptly. Service was great and our waitress, Tatiana, navigated us through the menu. She hit the small details - pre bussing, relighting the candle that went out, marking the table for the next course, descriptive about the menu options and a fun personality. A nice card wishing us a happy anniversary was also provided. Pictured is the Burrata, Grilled Octopus, Calabrian Chile Papardelle and Tiramisu. Apparently the burrata was in high demand and we got the 2nd to last one of the night. Every course was delicious and can tell the authenticity of the dishes. We wanted to order everything but we’ll save that for our next trip. I’d stack it right up there with best Italian in the CLT area. If you haven’t been yet, what are you waiting for? What were we waiting for? Thank you for the wonderful anniversary dinner!

Highly Recommend! What a wonderful experience we had from the Service, Atmosphere and most importantly the Food was Amazing. Lizzie was great at answering questions and making recommendations. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing our food was. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy another wonderful evening..

Definitely recommend for any special occasion or dinner you’d like to splurge on! The drinks and food are great. The coffee and dessert are also good too. Definitely on the more expensive end, hence why I recommend for special occasions and times where you’re preparing to splurge only. I was really appreciative of our server. She clearly was giving us recommendations for things she thought we’d actually like, not just trying to rack up our bill. And all of her recommendations were wonderful and spot on with what she described. Exactly what I need in a server! The only critique I’d have is that I wish the food would come out a bit hotter. Encountered this both times I’ve come here. Make sure you get a reservation well in advance. This is definitely a popular place, so reservations fill up quickly.
