What an outstanding experience. The food was top notch with beautiful presentation. Our server Phil made the whole evening that much more enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, friendly, had great suggestions, and was overall a delight. I had the scallop and my boyfriend had the bison New York strip with the king crab Oscar, and we both had the lobster bisque. All of it was some of the best food I’ve had. Can’t wait to go again!

I dined solo and had a glass of wine, tuna steak, and Brussels sprouts. The menu recently changed so they did not have the octopus that I was hoping for. The service was impeccable. All staff were extremely friendly, timely, and generally helpful. The space sits behind the lobby bar and is chic without being overdone. It is elegant but not stuffy. Overall it is a very comfortable space. The tuna steak was perfectly cooked and deliciously seasoned. The wine was great. The brussels sprouts were good. They had crispy edges and softer center. However, the glaze was overdone. It has a sweet undertone that was good but there was too much glaze which made them overly sweet and drowned out the otherwise perfectly done side.

WOW! Second time coming to EDGE and we were blown away once again. From the service to the exquisite cuisine, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Both times were outstanding, and that usually doesn't happen! Will definitely be coming back!

Wow, what an incredible experience we had at The Edge Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special, and the reality absolutely blew us away. Our server, Phil, truly provided exceptional service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. He elevated our dining experience from great to unforgettable. And the food? On another level entirely! My wife declared her sea bass to be the best she has ever had – a truly remarkable dish. As for my 21-day dry-aged ribeye, it was simply phenomenal. Cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, it was a carnivore's dream. To top it all off, the Sticky Toffee Pudding was an absolute explosion of sweet, decadent goodness. Every bite was pure bliss. Without a doubt, The Edge Restaurant has become our new favorite spot in Denver. If you're looking for outstanding food and impeccable service, look no further. We can't wait to go back!

I have been wanting to dine here since 2023. I finally got the chance this past weekend since it was my birthday! Visited 5/12 for breakfast and everything down to the water was pure fine dining! Our server was inviting, calm and matched the classy environment. I plan to visit soon but this time for dinner. Located in the 4 seasons hotel, the atmosphere was very elegant. Everything was sooo delicious. I had the Denver omelet with hash browns my partner had a breakfast quesadilla which was amazing. Best food and experience I’ve had in a long time. 10/10 they really know how to treat there guests and provide exceptional service.
