The Eddie V's bar offers Happy Hour starting at 4pm daily where you can enjoy specially priced signature cocktails and fresh seafood appetizers. Established in 2001. And live jazz in the V lounge. Seafood is what we're known for, but our specialty is excellence. Fish arrive daily from pristine waters around the world including Swordfish from Block Island, Scallops from George Banks, and Yellowfin Tuna from the Caribbean. USDA Prime steaks are hand cut and specially aged for more than 28 days to ensure peak flavor. Devotion to excellence is the guiding principle in all that we do. From making fresh tortillas by hand daily for our lobster tacos to including a full half-pound of Jumbo Lump crab meat in our crab cakes, we strive to go above and beyond in every step of preparation. Eddie V’s delivers an outstanding dining experience, from the impeccable service to the thoughtfully curated ambiance. We visited during 5280 Week, and every detail exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was crafted with care and rich in flavor. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and professional staff who made the evening feel special. The little touches truly stood out, especially when they surprised my wife with a rose, adding a personal and elegant touch to the night. The atmosphere was warm, upscale, and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion or a refined night out. Eddie V’s continues to set the bar high for fine dining, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

We had dinner reservation with another couple during restaurant week. We ordered the Filet Mignon Steak and opted for the Truffled Mac and Cheese. As well as the Chrispy Salt and Pepper Shrimp and the lobster bisque. The other couple ordered the Norwegian Salmon. All our meals were delicious and perfectly cooked. Not only were our meals delicious and amazing but our waitress was very attentive and awesome. We're glad we gave them a try during restaurant week. Now we can add them to one of our favorite restaurants.

Good place with attentive service! The quality of food was on another level. We got steak with lobster, and scallops with mash potatoes on the side. I definitely recommend to try their steak, as it tasted different from all the other steaks I’ve tried. It was very very tender and had a bit of a gamey taste. Also, their calamari appetizer was 11/10! Scallops were great too, tender and buttery. Our waiter, James, was just the best! The only thing is that I would not recommend their 24 Karat cocktail, as it tasted like regular rose with sugar rim (nothing special).

You can never go wrong with the DTC Eddie V's. Myself and friends went for our Mother's Day celebration, and it was beautiful. The setting was gorgeous, and the food 10/10 chef's kiss!! The staff who assisted our table 10/10... Just 10s across the board per usual. They even gave us each a long stem rose🌹💚

Our server was Joseph. Please, please ask for him! He will help make your night amazing!! He made my daughter's 23rd birthday amazing!! The food was spectacular, service out of this world!! Our menu consisted of the Crab Cake, Lobster Tacos, Scallops, Chilean Sea Bass, Stuffed Shrimp and the Bananas Foster cake. All just wow!! And Joseph gave my daughter a single red rose to end a perfect evening!!
