This place is out of this world good! I haven't had dumplings this good since I went to San Francisco. BEST dumplings in El Paso county. We will be back again and again. My spouse also wanted me to add that their octopus sushi was outstanding! Great food, great service, great atmosphere! Thank you Dozo!

Pretty cool experience. Fish tasted good, but the portions were pretty average. Probably one of the top spots for sushi in the springs, but coming from LA not very impressed. Great bourbon selection, surprisingly. See the pics.

Food is always great! Service is quick and employees seem like they enjoy working there. I got the Lemon roll this time, (which is what the picture is of), I recommend getting it. I'm giving the atmosphere a 4 star only because the "bar" section with the liquor could use a little pick me up.

Dozo is an amazing spot that I find myself coming back every week. The atmosphere and the waiters/waitresses are always welcoming, and the food never disappoints. Every dish is consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Truly a go to sushi place! If i'm being completely honest, this would be my first recommendation to someone if they wanted to go to a restaurant. My favorite sushi is the Colorado roll, it is always so fresh every time I come. My favorite dessert over at Dozo is the tempura cheesecake, it's very delicious and I am not sure any other place that sells this so I order this almost every time I come. Overall definitely a 10/10 ⭐️

Been driving past this place for a few months since I started working nearby. Finally stopped in. And now I am spoiled on sushi and wontons. The freshest and best tasting I have had. The ambience is really nice. I might make reservations next time to make sure we get in as I felt very lucky to get in. The service was exceptional. We will definitely be back!
