Their Cesar salad šŸ„— it the best on earth. And come here for the frozen aperol spritz is šŸ¤—šŸ¤—šŸ¤—āœØāœØāœØ and I love their pizza, it’s kind of pricy and the service is ok. I don’t like that you have to walk up and start a tab 😬 but other than that, I love this place esp in the summer/ spring , the patio is cute and the decor is sweet ā™„ļøā™„ļø

The pizza is incredible!! I do not know the last time I have had pizza that tasted so good. Crispy crust, soft dough, delicious toppings. As a group we ordered the speical for $79 which was a deal. Salad, 2 pizzas & a bottle of wine! Ordered 2 apps and all 4 of us were STUFFED. We each paid about $35 well worth it. We danced it off next door with the live music! Oh we also found street parking! Perfect night out!

Well, I can’t believe I’m giving a pizza joint in the art district 5 stars but it’s impossible not to! This place serves up some of the best pizza I’ve had anywhere— and if you follow me, I eat a lot of pizza! They serve these rectangular thick slices with a rather thin crispy crust with a fluffy midsection leading to the toppings. I can’t imagine having a bad slice. The pepperoni was amazing and so was the sausage. Four an appetizer I had the Artichoke Giudia — a dish I eat daily in Rome and basically a fried artichoke Jewish style. This one was a fantastic example with a little American inspiration and a terrific dipping sauce. The salad was great and I’d have to get both of them again when I go back. I had a reasonable priced bottle of wine that was a full liter. I think they called it. The pizza wine, about 70 bucks a bottle. You order at the counter, grab a seat and they bring it to you. I think they would do well to make it full wait service, where you can order your table. It’s a trendy cozy little restaurant that’s quite comfortable and a bit romantic. Highly recommended. I’ll be back very soon.

De La Nonna is a very cute and inviting restaurant with a great atmosphere. One thing that caught me off guard was the ordering process—you have to place your order inside rather than with a server at the table, which felt a bit unusual for a dine-in experience. I had a delicious glass of white wine, and for my meal, I tried the chopped salad, which was just okay. That said, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive vibe.

The food was delicious and the vibe of the place is so cool. But the service needs helps. There was nothing wrong with the time it took to get our food out, and the food is high quality, but the whole ā€hybrid serviceā€ setup they have is lacking. It almost feels cheap. They explained to my date and I that you order up front and then a waiter will come and refill your drinks or take any other order you may have. But realistically that didn’t happen. We got our food and basically as we were finishing our meal, someone finally asked if I wanted another cocktail. Also, there seemed to be a disconnect because the person who took my order didn’t seem to know that I already had a table and looked confused as if I didn’t belong there. I felt a little unwelcome. Service system needs some tweaking but overall a great time.
