As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I’m always excited to find a bakery that offers delicious options, and this place exceeded my expectations. The shop was spotless and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their gluten-free products. The variety of baked goods was impressive—from moist cakes to crunchy cookies and fresh bread—all gluten-free and clearly labeled. I tried their chocolate chip cookies and a slice of lemon cake, and both were absolutely delicious—moist, flavorful, and not at all "missing" anything gluten-containing.
