I have been eyeing this place for a while now and finally stopped by to pick up some cheese rolls, guava rolls and potato balls. I used to live in Cali and if you have ever tried Portos bakery, it’s hard to want to go anywhere else. But let me say, this place is way better! The pastries are perfectly toasted to perfection. The filling of the pastries are so flavorful and the service here is 10/10. Everything is fresh and I am so happy to have found such a wonderful local Cuban bakery/cafe!

What an amazing find in Colorado! I felt like I was back in the Bronx getting excellent flavor with every bite. Oxtail is so hard to find in this state so I was most thrilled to find that special. All the rice variations were excellent as well. The chicarrone was perfect as well. Even the salad was just bold and full of flavor. I only wish it was closer to my home, but I hope to make the trip more frequently.

Cuban bakery open for breakfast and lunch. The breakfast sandwich was excellent with egg, peppers and ham (or bacon). The addition of potato straws was surprising, but inspired. They complimented the texture, flavor and seasoning of the sandwich. The coffee was strong and good. Service was prompt and friendly. The space itself was nice with lots of seating. However, the chairs were not designed for tall people and were uncomfortable for me. There is plenty of parking.

Absolutely delicious! That beef rib plate hits like two plates. Sides of yucca and black beans and rice for the real deal. Good luck walking out without an additional pastry, savory or sweet.

Just got to town for cousins graduation. And they had to bring me here. Wow! Let's just say I have a cuban sandwich for two almost 3 meals. The sweet selection amazing. Customer service as well.
