I had a great experience at this restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I ordered the Almost Famous Burger and it was absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Highly recommend for both the food and the service. I’ll definitely be coming back

I ordered BYOB (Build Your Own Burger… lmfao) and kids chicken finger. BYOB was awesome with all customized ingredients. Kids chicken finger come with 3 tenders, complimentary fries (I changed upcharge 50 cents for sweet potato fries), and juice box for my baby. Burger is awesome. Warm, juicy patty, great specialty sauces (there are tons of options!!). My baby loved tender (it was served as hot and crispy, juicy inside). I will visit again. Thank you Min, store manager, for all recommendations and great spot for family dinner with my 2-year old daughter.

I had previously placed two separate orders at another Craft Burger location, but due to repeated errors, I was left disappointed and had decided not to place any further orders. However, I was genuinely impressed when the General Manager, Abbas Lakhani, personally reached out to address the issue and work to regain my trust. In a time when many restaurants and businesses tend to overlook customer concerns or treat them lightly, Mr. Lakhani stood out by going above and beyond. He handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, care, and sincerity. Unlike many others, he demonstrated a deep commitment not only to customer satisfaction but also to the overall success of each individual branch. Thanks to his efforts, our family’s Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving) gathering was made even more special. Every item we received was prepared with great attention to detail and turned out absolutely outstanding. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service Mr. Lakhani provided. His dedication and leadership are a rare example of what genuine hospitality and customer care should look like.

This fast-food chain offers a wide variety of flavors and allows you to customize your burger to your liking. The ordering process is quick, and your food is served directly to your desk. Additionally, you can enjoy unlimited sauces for free. The place is quite and peaceful. Occasionally, finding a parking space nearby can be challenging due to the dense area filled with other stores, but this is quite rare. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at this restaurant and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to eat. I’m already planning to return to try their other dishes. Highly recommended!!

My favorite place for sweet potato fries with ranch, burger and wings. Food made fresh, clean amd neat. Suwanee and Medlock locations are awesome. I highly recommend this place .
