Established in 1999. Coyote's SW Grill was found by Richard and Brenda Lucio. This was their 1st of four restaurants. Coyote's has served its community with open arms, Supporting local charities and donating gifts to kids at Billy Martinez school. Our scratch kitchen has inspired some of the best flavors in Greeley!

This was our first time here, and we were recommended this restaurant by friends. It's a cute place with decent Southwest food. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. The chips and salsa were delicious, and we ordered the avocado egg rolls and southwestern eggrolls, both were OK. I had the el president fajitas and instead of tortillas, I got Lettuce leaves, which was very nice of them to do. The steak, chicken, and shrimp were seasoned well and it was a very generous portion with all the fixings that come with it. BF got the poblano rellenos and he was not impressed. He ate half. He did like the rice and beans. It was decent food for reasonable prices. Because we were only visiting, I don't think we'll be back, but I would recommend it if you're looking for some Mexican food. I heard the breakfast burritos are very good.

My husband and I had a very nice dinner here. Our service, while inattentive at times, did a good job and let us just enjoy our meal and had some great recommendations. Drinks are stunning and delicious, but a bit pricey. The biggest thing the restaurant could improve on is in the details - menus were very dirty, silverware is mismatched, no manager to be seen during dinner rush (we didn't need/request one but usually one would be accessible) and it lacks in warmth - gives off almost an office vibe. Overall we enjoyed our meal and drinks but some slight changes could really take the restaurant to new heights.

Keith S. our server was great. We had a custom drink order and an order with dietary restrictions. Keith, the bar, and the chef were all so accommodating. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing. It was our first time there and we will definitely return.

It was rather quiet when I went, but the space was amazing. The food arrived very quickly, presentation was awesome 👌 and tasted fantastic! I left very full. Oh, and the salsa was slightly chunky, very flavorful and not watery like other places. 🥰
