We absolutely love this place. Last night we celebrated our 3rd year anniversary plus it was our first time at this restaurant. Immediately we were greeted with amazing service from the hosts, to the bar tenders , to our waiter (guy from Ireland). Our table was perfect with a special gift of a rose and card signed by staff. The food was amazing , drinks were on point. Our waiter explained everything to us and was so very kind and even our menu said happy 3rd anniversary which made the experience so much more special. We will be back again

This is a very classy and professional establishment providing the highest quality culinary experience. Food was amazing, the service was even better. The attention to detail will make you feel like you’re being tended to by the entire staff. You are paying for the experience, however it is well worth the price. Thanks again to the staff

Love the atmosphere and the music 🎶. The food was amazing especially the steak! 🥩 I was seated at the bar and no one else was there so it felt lonely but the gentleman cooking the steaks made sure to interact with me as much as he could. Service was timely and the kitchen looked to run as seamless as possible. Overall great experience.

An absolute MUST if you are in the Colorado Springs Area. And if you're a local who hasn't dined here I highly suggest you do so. If price is a concern their happy hour menu offers high quality, delicious, affordable, filling options. We were immediately, kindly greeted and sat in the bar area. Josh, our waiter, is exceptional; very courteous, professional and informative about the menu and restaurant. Ordering off the happy hour menu, I order the "C-Star" Caesar Salad, I certainly appreciate the creativity with the bacon cut up to resemble croutons, the anchovies were a nice touch. The Steak Fritz which was a decent cut of steak cooked as ordered, was full of flavor, served with a mountain of fries. (I ordered for the Bordelaise on the side.) Now the fries themselves are so amazing I'm drooling as I write this. They are "housemade" -The most amazing made from scratch in house fries, you will ever eat! They are fried to perfection -a crispy golden brown- and seasoned well. The best fries I've ever had!!! My partner order the GOCHUJANG MARINATED BEEF SKEWERS and they were so tender, the taste was outstanding, and the kimchi aioli is like a burst of several flavors. (I'll be ordering the skewers on our next trip). I could not be more impressed with the food or the service from all employees. My partner felt equally amused and expressed this on a napkin, in English and Arabic. Highly recommend! We are certainly looking forward to returning and enjoying our meal on the patio which opens soon! I can't wait. And great job, really, to the entire staff; hostess, chef, back of house, front of house, bar staff, management and owners, and anyone I've left out- your diligence is evident in every aspect. One of our top go-to steakhouses in the Springs. Food, service, drinks, and atmosphere are always outstanding. On this occasion we shared the 40oz Porterhouse, Sautéed Mushrooms, and the new (to us) Beef Tallow Potato Mille-Feuille. Dessert was the Cherries Jubilee Basque Cheescake. All were excellent! We sat at the counter, because we like to watch a well run kitchen and pick up a pointer here and there. Our server was Joel, and he took very good care of us. We also had a couple of other servers stop by to check in and chat with us, so service was outstanding. Our grill chef was Mitchell, and he did an excellent job on our Porterhouse and checked on us a few times during the meal. The pantry and pastry chefs also wanted to make sure everything was going well for us. A tip of the hat to the kitchen staff! All in all, an excellent meal. We highly recommend Cowboy Star for an evening out!
