Our waitress Brittany was incredible, very sweet and personable! I will recommend this restaurant to everyone, this pizza is to die for and the desserts are outta this world!!!!! Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu

Love the foods. We always go to the middletown location since we love the food, but we were meeting family member at Woodbury so we recommended cosimo's in Woodbury location. Good choice. Love the foods, love the staffs. Cosimos never disappoint.

Solid food, drinks, service and seating—indoor and outdoor patio. Ordered the WAFFLE POTATOES WITH GORGONZOLA Rosemary Garlic Fries and Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce👌; Caesar salad (excellent cheese), MOZZARELLA FRESCA Pizza Plum Tomato Sauce, House-made Mozzarella, Fresh Basil and Sliced Prosciutto pizza; PORK PAPPARDELLE Slow Braised Pork Ragu, Pappardelle Pasta, EVOO, Shaved Ricotta Salata; creme brulee (chef’s kiss); double espresso👍👍. Plentiful portions and enough to take home for no fuss next day lunch 🙌. Our server Gabbie was very kind and attentive even with us sitting outside (some places I’ve noticed sometimes forget about outdoor diners lol). Love it when a place gives you olive oil with bread! Great place.

Cosimo’s just gets it. The pastas are kind of brilliant—familiar enough to feel cozy but with little twists that make you stop mid-bite. The whole place has this easy, cool energy, like it knows exactly what it is and doesn’t need to prove anything. Staff are kind in a way that feels real, not rehearsed. The lighting’s right, the music’s good, and it somehow feels like everyone there is in on the same relaxed, good-night-out mood. You leave full, happy, and already thinking about when you’ll be back.

We got lucky and it was not busy for a Friday night. Seated right away, and our server Josh was on point. The kitchen was cranking quickly and our entrees were served surprisingly fast. We had the Spicy Chicken Fusilli (think Buffalo Wing only better full profile of flavor) and Sausage and Ricotta Fusilli. Loved them both! A casual family friendly atmosphere, with top level flavors. I would definitely come here again.
