Awesome place, the beer is great and they have a full service bar if you aren't feeling brews. The menu has something for everyone. I had the Ruben and it was one of the best I've ever had. Their beer sour kraut is so good, and as a full blood German I know my sour kraut. Atmosphere is great, tons of natural light. The staff are all awesome and so friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there. A real local spot. Food is a little pricey but you absolutely get what you pay for, both in quality and quantity. Can't wait to come back

What a fantastic find! After a great hike at St. Vrain State Park, we decided to check out Collision Brewing, and it did not disappoint. From the moment you arrive, you can see the attention to detail in their branding and atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and we headed straight to the bar to explore their beer selection and menu. Eric provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and full of great energy. The beers were excellent, and the food was just as impressive. I had the carnitas enchiladas, which were absolutely delicious, while my wife opted for the vegetarian mushroom melt, and she loved it. Overall, an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy this place again!

The atmosphere and service was great! We had our Christmas party here and all drinks were fun and yummy. The atmosphere is as if you are in workshop, so it’s unique and fun. The food was delicious and I will be returning. A coworker ordered the salmon and I got the birria tacos

We love Collision brewing! They have a huge menu. Something for everyone! We like to meet family & friends there since it's just between Ft Collins & Denver and all the vegan options available make it easy for everyone to enjoy it. This weekend I got their new house made ravioli dish. It was wonderful! We always get the seitan with two sauces and appreciate that the dips are dairy free as well! Full bar with some nice cocktails as well as the great beer menu! A Colorado Favorite!

Awesome! Has indoor and outdoor seating with a beautiful view of longs peak. Had a burger that was pretty awesome. It was huge, I shared it with my partner and tots for only $1 extra! My beer was delicious and they're happy to bring samples. My partner ordered a cocktail that was really good. Will definitely come back to try more food and drinks.
