We came with a group of friends, it was 6 of us. We ordered the Gold Tier each, and we were able to try almost everything. The food is fresh and service is fast. I believe they give you a 2 hour limit. Definitely recommend for prime quality beef!

Nessie was our server, and took care of us exceptionally well. Was very informative, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is fun and exciting, the food is top tier, and the membership makes so much sense.

I was expertly more to be honest, maybe I had higher expectations because of the rating and the videos but I was a bit disappointed. The food was good but I think there is better already in OC and LA. The restaurant is very loud and underneath the table we were seated at was very messy and food was on the floor. The service was fast though, they bring in the order quickly and it’s so easy to order on the tablet without waiting for your server. The drink station is very convenient and the milk tea was really good. Also the cream puffs were so delicious.

This place is awesome. Johnny did an excellent job explaining the menu and helping with the cooking. I can't wait for them to open one in the Bay Area. I'm glad we included this restaurant in our anniversary week itinerary.
