We had to check this place out visiting Ft. Collins. My husband hasn't had any beef noodles in years and so happy we stopped by. They had a lottle bit of something for everyone. Service was quick and easy and some of the dishes did take a bit longer to make and come out but it was worth the wait. The restaurant is in this cute little shopping center with apartment above. Plenty seating inside and out. Their dumplings are legit and we wished we ordered more. Our noodles were cooked perfectly. The meat in our soup was a bit chewy and wished they cooked it longer to make it tender. But overall decent flavors.

A lovely restaurant. A very small menu that I'm not used to but the menu featured lots of appetizing dishes to choose from. I had the pork belly ramen, my husband beef and daughter vegetarian. The broth was okay. I felt that even with the chili crisp and soy sauce provided, it was still a little lacking in flavor. By the way, the chili crisp was a great bonus. Not many restaurants have it on the table so I was very pleased. The pork belly is tender yet melts in your mouth. The noodles a little on the thicker side but with a pleasant texture. It's worth checking out if you're in the area.

I like to start my posts by stating that every restaurant starts off at a 3: that's an average experience. A 1 is practically inedible while a 5 is fantastic and rarely given. Chopstickers deserves a 5 for the food they create. They are the best dumplings and similar that I've had. The reason that it's a 4 instead of a 5 is because the fried rice and noodle dishes (which I've only had once, and not recently), were comparatively lacking. The service is standard for a mostly self-serve restaurant, where you order at the register, fill up your drink yourself, but the waitress will bring the food to you. The atmosphere is likewise serviceable; it's comfortable enough, even if it doesn't really have any flair. Overall, because I tend to rate the food more than anything else, I'd say it's a 4 to 4.5. Food was super quick and delicious. I'd say it was on the cheaper side. We got, literally, almost everything on the menu to try for our first and it was like $75-$80. We also had left overs for an entire second meal at home. Inside, it's a little small, but comfortable enough. The shrimp and chives is kinda fishy, too. The dumplings, man, 🤌🏻

Absolutely incredible food. The bao, Dan Dan Noodles, and Beef Noodles are just so good. What takes this place over the edge is soup dumplings and if you’ve never had them try them. They also do delivery really well, it’s packaged perfectly to where none of the textures or flavors change. Just can’t recommend eating here more.
