I ordered the Asian chop salad for takeout and thought it was delicious. All of the ingredients tasted super fresh and overall it was a decent price. The salad was $10 base price and I added chicken and avocado for $4 and $2 respectively. I still would have been satisfied without the additions, but they were nice.

Went to the Broomfield ChopShop first the first time and loved it. Great salads with a good balance of all the ingredients. Decent seating. Lots of options. Everyone in our group loved what they ordered - 3 other salads and a noodle bowl. Parking can be tight.

We stopped under the chop shop in Broomfield and we were met with a very pleasant person. Atmosphere is cute. I really like the door handle as it was a butcher knife. Nice touch. We ordered the onion soup, which was excellent and the chicken fingers which were also very good. The french fries were OK. It’s a nice casual eatery.

The customer service and food are awesome. We made the drive from Loveland and we're not disappointed at all. From the counter service to the cooks..GREAT SPOT! We will be back.

Really as good of good as others are reporting! Enjoyed bacon wrapped meatloaf & salmon for spouse. Excellent veggies stir fried perfect. A bit expensive as compared to other restaurants however food is excellent.
