ChoLon is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a modern, upscale, Asian-fusion dining experience. The interior is sleek and contemporary, though the lighting may be a bit too dim for some tastes. That said, it does lend an elegant ambiance overall. The menu is primarily designed around small plates, meant to be shared tapas-style. On this visit, we opted for two larger entrées instead, and they were fantastic. I tried the Malaysian noodles, they are made and cooked fresh daily and the difference in taste and texture was evident. The location is convenient, the service was quick, and the food itself was impressive. If you’re in the mood for a modern Asian-fusion eatery, ChoLon is definitely worth a visit.

Happy hour soup dumpling both types are a must. Couldn't decide which were my favorite. The onion soup had more soup to em, tho the general Cho's were full of chicken. You need to try both if here for HH. The Korean fried chicken slider was well worth it too, so fat. HH lager just a lager more or less but decent deal 5 bucks

We went for a few snacks after a show...happy hour was still going on. We ordered a couple things and everything was amazing. The egg cloud was probably the highlight....well...maybe the scallion pancake with hoison butter....mmmm...the calamari.... The french onion soup dumplings were probably our least favorite...they were good...kinda basic compared to everything else

It’s been over 10 years since my last visit to ChoLon. My husband and I went for happy hour and we had 4 cocktails and 7 small dishes for $96, which was not too bad! The food overall is delicious. The French onion soup dumplings are very good. My only issue was with the fries that look and taste like they came frozen from a bag. Not sure but I wouldn’t order them again. My Espresso Martini (their version) was amazing! We will definitely be back for happy hour because their prices are way more reasonable during that time.

Great spot in downtown Denver for either a casual or special celebration. They made a delicious Mai- tai, upon request. The bao buns & calamari were both delicious! The shrimp fried rice was also good.
