I want to lead with this. Cheney Galluzzi & Howard is not and has not represented me. I was not paid for this review. I have spent the better part of a week or more trying to get in touch with a law firm to represent me. Ninety percent of the time I end up with a fast-paced call center that wants nothing more than to have you explain briefly what is going on as they look for key words in the conversation that trigger that you get elevated to the next level or told that the firm is not taking on cases like yours, followed by an email letter of non-representation. The person who called me, Bobby Galluzzi, was not this at all. In fact, I was busy, so he offered to call me back later the same day. When he did, he approached the conversation with me, not like a "hot call center, salesman approach", but as a human being. It is these first impressions that show people not all law firms are the same. Even if the firm doesn't represent you, you would refer anyone who asked to them. Bobby Galluzzi listened, collaborated, cared, and was empathetic about why I am looking for legal representation. He gave the names of two other law firms to contact. Even know I may end up somewhere else, I will still refer anyone who asked me to the Cheney, Galluzzi & Howard law firm first solely based on how Bobby Galluzzi treated me.
