Went in to celebrate my birthday and had a great time. Service was friendly and the place looked nice. Interesting cocktails; I enjoyed mine but can't recall much specific about it. The big drink option was something called "table side martini," which we did not try, despite the intriguing name The cauliflower dish was exquisite, with an interesting mix of flavors. The potatoes were cut a little unevenly, so the thicker pieces were a tad undercooked. Someone in the kitchen doing prep might need a bit more practice with their knifework, or maybe to try using a mandolin. The meat dishes were, as I would expect from a place called Carne, perfectly done. The sausage and steak dish came with a green sauce that was good enough to eat by the spoonful. Big fan. The ribs had a great char and a brighter and more viscous green chile sauce, that, while delicious, wasn't quite as good as the other one. Sadly, that's all we tried, as we ran out of room. They brought me a birthday creme brulee with a few tart pieces of citrus embedded in the crust. I'm lactose intolerant, so I generally try to avoid things with that much cream... I instead ate the whole thing and considered licking the ramekin afterward. No regrets.

Love love love. So happy Denver is stepping up its food game always. Food was incredible. Everything we got was top notch! Also loved the cocktails made with local spirits - well blended and balanced. Get the lamb, the brownie, and the Caesar salad!

I really enjoyed this restaurant! The atmosphere was vibrant and playful, with funky retro decor that gave it a fun, laid-back vibe. One of my favorite parts was the Latin/South American influence throughout the menu—I’m a total sucker for chimichurri. For apps, we tried the bread service, brown butter noodles, and creamed spinach. I honestly could’ve done without the noodles—that dish was pretty basic. But the bread and spinach were excellent! Now, onto the main event: the meats. We ordered the Brazilian picanha and the Colorado lamb, and both were phenomenal. Well seasoned, expertly cooked, and incredibly tender. The lamb, in particular, was some of the best I’ve ever had. Portions were slightly smaller than I expected, but the quality definitely made up for it. I also ordered the Panther’s Milk cocktail which was sweet, creamy, and delicious. A perfect contrast to pair with the savory meats. For dessert, we went with the baked Alaska. I’d never had one before and didn’t quite know what to expect. It was interesting but a bit too chaotic in terms of flavors and textures for my taste. Probably wouldn’t order it again. TL;DR: Come for the meats—they’re absolutely worth it!

Really great experience, the food was delicious and our server Lundyn was awesome. Took my in-laws who were our first Denver visitors and the experience did not disappoint. The meat was cooked to perfection! Got truly blue and rare steaks with rich flavor and awesome sauces (where applicable). The various chimichurri sauces were amazing. Aside from the mains, get the caliente fries, so good and dip in the other sauces besides ketchup. Starers were good, seems like you can’t go wrong. The octopus was perfectly cooked and good flavor but was a pretty small piece, probably the only downside. Highly highly recommend Carne, worth the hype, such good food. (Replacing a review I did on the wrong account).

If you’re looking for a standout dining experience in Denver that combines bold flavors, an upscale yet approachable atmosphere, and genuinely exceptional service, look no further than Carne Rino. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a vibrant ambiance that’s both warm and modern. Whether you’re here for a date night, a celebration, or just treating yourself to something special, Carne Rino delivers on all fronts. The first thing that hits you is the scent from the kitchen—smoky, savory, and undeniably appetizing. The menu is a meat lover’s dream, with expertly prepared cuts that showcase a real respect for quality ingredients. The ribeye was cooked to absolute perfection—charred just right on the outside, juicy and tender inside, and seasoned with a masterful touch. The house chimichurri added a zesty punch that elevated every bite. We also tried the short rib, which fell apart with the touch of a fork and came with a rich, deeply flavored reduction. But what really turned a great meal into a phenomenal night was Maddi, the bartender. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly engaging. Maddi took the time to ask about our preferences before recommending a cocktail that turned out to be a new favorite—the kind of drink that you remember long after the glass is empty. Her balance of professionalism and friendly charm made us feel instantly at home. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only great at their job but clearly loves what they do. Maddi’s enthusiasm for the menu, her attention to detail, and her ability to read the room and tailor the experience made her a true standout. Even as the bar filled up, she never missed a beat—every guest around us was getting the same high level of care and attention. That kind of consistency is no accident; it speaks to the culture of service that Carne Rino seems to embody. We ended our night with the chocolate torte, which was decadent without being overly sweet, and paired beautifully with an espresso martini Maddi recommended. I’m still dreaming about both. Carne Rino doesn’t just serve incredible food—it creates a complete experience. And with people like Maddi behind the bar, you’re guaranteed to have a night that’s as memorable for the hospitality as it is for the cuisine. Denver is lucky to have this gem. We’ll be back again—and again.
