Sat at a high table on the bar side. Celebrated a couple of birthdays. Everything was top notch. We had fish tacos, fish and chips and broil seafood platter. Delicious.

My family and I decided to give this restaurant a try on Dec 28, 2024, while we were having a family day in Wilmington. When we arrived, I was a bit worried about pulling up to a small strip mall type of building with a seafood restaurant in the middle of it all. It turned out to be a really great experience!! The atmosphere was very calm and inviting with a friendly staff. We were seated quickly within our reservation time, and the server was very helpful, informative, and attentive. The hushpuppy appetizer was "o.k.", which then had me thinking this was going to be a huge mistake. When the Clam Chowered came to the table... we were beyond satisfied!! The flavor was amazing!! Everyone at the table LOVED the Clam chowder. My daughter and I had the Chefs Dinner Special of the day, and the food was delicious!! Everything was seasoned perfectly and cooked to the proper temperatures. Nothing was underseasoned on those two dishes. Our other daughter had the Shrimp Scampi with linguine pasta, and she loved it very much. As a very picky eater (she is a teenager), she was very pleased with the flavor and amount of food on the dish. My wife had the crab cake dinner, and again, it was also seasoned and cooked perfectly. It is very rare for us to eat dishes like these without something over/under cooked or not seasoned well, but the Cape Fear Seafood Company restaurant knocked this one out of the park!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying this restaurant out, and we will be returning for another meal in the future!!

The food and beverages was great¡ i think our servers name was Miranda, something like that. She was awesome. I'm not good with names she worked at the bar. Her and another young lady. Our food was delicious and served Hot!! Great atmospher and great customers, staff was awesome. I will definitely visit again when I'm in town

Pros: Friendly staff and fast service. Tasty and fresh - outstanding flavors that are perfectly cooked to perfection! You must try the lobster and shrimp risotto. In addition to the key lime pie. Thank you to the chiefs. Con: Located in a plaza, so the outside patio is in the vicinity of parked cars.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times. Today was a takeout order. It was super fresh and hot .The Flounder Basket is amazing.the fish was flakey, lightly battered, not greasy at all- absolutely incredible. So many fries ! Not sure if they double fry, but delicious.The coleslaw is also great & I always get it when I'm there. 10 out of 10 will definitely be going back again and again.
