I've been going to Caffe Vittoria in Boston's North End for decades. First with family then I would bring friends there during afternoons or late night and it was always the perfect spot to get to pick me up. These types of Italian coffee houses are few and far between and I'm so happy to see this one stay in the test of time.

This is a perfect old-world Italian coffee shop. The exact opposite of a soul less corporate place (cough, cough Starbucks). I'm not even a coffee drinker, but rather a tea person. It's still one of my favorite coffee shops anywhere. Try their pastries - you won't be disappointed. Note that it's cash only.

The prices are very reasonable (you can get a drink for $2-4, and tiramisu for $6) and it's a no-fuss establishment. The tiramisu was great and the steamed milk with caramel was warm and comforting, though on the sweet side (I would get it without flavor next time).

This is the best spot in Boston, but the North End specifically to grab a coffee or cocktail, chat, catch up or wind down with a tasty treat. Its always busy, reasonably so, because they girls who work there are the sweetest & always take such good care of customers. They're never shy on their drink portions either. You really can't go wrong with their menu and just know, I wouldn't consider it to be quite or a private place- there's always good conversation!

Fantastic coffee, adorable decor, and delicious fresh pastries. The pistachio martini was nice too. Cozy spot! highly recommend! Just remember to have cash in hand!
