Was a bit hesistant at first BUT when we tried it... our server was fantastic! The dishes we ordered are flavorful!!! When you're craving Asian food after a long hike at the Rocky Mountain NP this place is a the way to go.

I stopped by CAFE DE PHO THAI for a quick meal and was really happy with the food. The beef and brisket pho had a deep, rich broth, and the meat was super tender—like it had been cooking for hours. The basil and chicken stir-fry had a nice kick to it, and the fresh basil made it even better. Everything tasted homemade, not like something rushed out of a kitchen. The place has a warm, laid-back feel, and the staff was really nice.

Fabulous Experience - BEST service and food we've had in Estes Park. Second time here and recommended longtime friends from Fort Collins join us for dinner tonight. Perfect early dinner experience! What a treat we all had! The chicken dumplings, yellow curry, basil beef and basil chicken were so fresh and tasty - we all loved it! I can still smell and taste the yummy basil herbs. Kudos to attentive waitress and the customer oriented manager here!
