It's a decent Pho spot. Pho was great and plenty of meat. Their grilled shrimp spring rolls are worth a try. Vegetables did not taste freshest. Restrooms were clean but had this extra skinny toilet paper...

I recently visited Boulder Pho in Boulder, Colorado, while searching for a nearby pho spot during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The Thai iced tea was perfectly brewed with a nice balance of sweetness and tea flavor. The pho itself was flavorful and aromatic, with a rich broth and fresh ingredients. The crab Rangoon were crispy and satisfying, with a generous amount of creamy filling. The place was clean and well-maintained, and there was ample parking available. Overall, Boulder Pho provided a great introduction to Colorado's pho scene, and I would recommend.

I love the rice bowls here, especially the egg roll one that is perfectly gummy and crispy. Fresh spring rolls are pretty good, not amazing. Service is super quick and friendly. Discount if you pay cash.
