We’ve been wanting to get together with a couple of friends for a long time and we finally set a date and made plans. Our friends are the supreme sushi lovers and they love Blue Sushi. My wife and I enjoy sushi, but we’d never been to Blue Sushi, and we are definitely sushi novices compared to our friends. Blue Sushi definitely lived up to our friends’ praises. We received a friendly greeting upon arrival. The food quality was excellent. My wife and I ordered Crispy Brussel Sprouts for an appetizer, Tofu lettuce wraps, and Crunchy L.A. roll. Our friends ordered a large variety of rolls and let us sample theirs. The portion sizes were good. The service was excellent (Yahir was our server). The atmosphere and cleanliness were perfect. The menu variety was impressive. We had reservations so there was no wait time to be seated. The wait time for our food was fine. We had such a fun night at Blue Sushi! Highly recommended!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food is wonderful. We go for their happy hour from 3 to 6pm and you can't beat the prices. Specialty rolls for as little as 6 dollars. The margarita was a little bland but otherwise fine. The tables are kind of close together so it feels a little awkward at times. This place is always busy though and the fish tastes fresh.

Always a Yes for Sushi at Blue! If anyone says, “Sushi at Blue?” — I’m in, no questions asked! I personally love their cooked sushi options, and they do such a great job with vegetarian rolls too. Some of my absolute favorites are the charred edamame (so addictive!), the Cowgirl Roll, Thai Hippie, and the tofu lettuce wraps — all super flavorful and fresh. For non-veg options, I have to say the Cloud Nine 2.0 and Hotel Cali are total standouts. Honestly, everything feels thoughtfully made and totally crave-worthy. Whether you're a sushi newbie or a seasoned fan, there’s something here for everyone!
