Love Blue Pan Pizza! Excellent deep dish pizza and salads. We get it to go or dine in and both are great. Service is good when dining in, and pizza is ready quickly and hot for take away. Our favorite is the Brooklyn Bridge - the combo of the creamy and slightly sweet ricotta with the pepperoni and sausage is amazing. Definitely recommend!

Never heard of Detroit style pizza, had no idea it was even a competitor in the pizza arena with Chicago and New York!? Impressed I was! A little pricey for the signature pizza, Detroit style, Brooklyn Bridge, but taste was amazing! Ordered with a side of Ranch and Hot Honey (recommend the hot honey), there is an upcharge for both!

DETROIT PIZZA! One and a half inch thick soft and crispy bread, with crunch cheese crusts. We got the pizza of the month, The Woodward, which was garlic and onion and candied bacon, all with green goddess ranch. It was fantastic (but not a date approved pizza with all the garlic) and we got The Little Rose, which was cup pepperoni, red sauce, salami, roast garlic, 3 types of cheeses, basil and hot honey. Sweet, savory, and a little kick of heat, made my heart go flipity flop. We couldn't decide which was better. This makes me think that it would be hard to go wrong with any pizza. The size of the smalls says that it should feed one to two people. They are about 8x8 cut into four. My wife ate three pieces and was full due to the thickness of bread. Parking is a little sparce but it is free and there is an adjacent park that is basically additional parking for Blue Pan. They have indoor and out door space and kids seemed to love it, as there were many. We will have to go back and try the other toppings, and I am curious about the new york and tavern crusts.

Being from Chicago, how come I never heard of Detroit Style Pizza? It's my new favorite pizza! I highly recommend Blue Pan. Any item in the menu is great. The staff are friendly and customer focused. Keep it up!

If you love Detroit Style Deep Dish Pizza you won't go wrong at Blue Pan. Lovely, deep crust that is light and easy to eat - no chewing on dough. They have a plethora of toppings so you can either order one of their specialties or build your own. Salads are fresh. The Stacked Eggplant on the Appetizer Menu is really quite good. We have eaten at 2 Blue Pan Pizza's and neither disappointed. We will definatly return.
