We went for lunch and started off with pork belly tacos (really good mix of flavors) and guacamole and chips (guacamole was fresh but plain in flavor but chips were homemade, warm, and perfect level of salt. Drinks: I requested a reposado margarita which was great. My husbands blood orange margarita was too sweet for him and it had way too much salt on rim and stem. Entree: I had enchilada with lobster and shrimp which was in nice sauce. My husbands steak was cooked med rare and nicely seasoned but was somewhat small for price. The blonde brownie was a no due to being pretty flat, and pretty dry/hard.

We went there for Happy hour and we enjoyed it. Very tasty New Mexican cuisine. Staff was very friendly and was able to answer all our questions since we are vegetarians. Will visit again when we come to Ft Collins

Blue Agave has Fantastic food for very reasonable prices. We bisited to celebrate a graduation. The staff were friendly and our waiter was very attentive. Stuffed Rellenos parred with a Blue Agave Margarita and this meal was absolutely delicious!

I ordered the shrimp skewers which I think were really great. The staff were nice and the atmosphere was really beautiful. It's downtown so you can also have a short walk and see around. I recommend this place!

Love this place -- every dish and sauce/salsa is full of nuanced flavors, their team always go the extra mile, atmosphere is great, and beer, cocktail, and tequila options are something else. You're pretty much guaranteed to have a great time.
