The food was decent but the prices are just too high. We absolutely loved the atmosphere. If you’d like an elevated atmosphere, this is the place. The details of tiling and the exterior space is a cut above. The food was just underwhelming and certainly not for the price. Our meals for chicken sandwiches, tots and a beverage were $17 per person and to us for what the meal was is just too high.

We had the Southern and Deluxe sandwiches. They weren't bad, but the chicken and tots were on the salty side. There was a good selection of drinks for me. Prices were on the high side - $50 for 2 meals?! I did not like the loaded tots as they were too cheesy and had a lot of bacon, which added to the saltiness. To compare, yesterday, I had an amazing dinner nearby and it was $40. Not sure if I'd come back next time I'm in town.

Birdcall replaced Chick-fil-A as my new favorite chicken sandwich restaurant. They have gluten-free buns for an extra charge and lettuce wraps are free, which is super helpful if you have a wheat allergy like I do. I also tried their new gluten-free, dairy-free chicken nuggets within the last few weeks and they are so good with the Birdcall sauce. And their coconut soda and flavored lemonades are yummy. The kitchen makes and serves orders quickly and accurately, which is again super important if you have a food allergy. Highly recommend Birdcall to anyone else with food allergies / intolerances. 10/10 would recommend.
