Jason is a serial entrepreneur, originally from NJ where bagel snobs are grown and deployed into the world. Michelle runs cybersecurity programs that protect assets in space (yes, Space.) Jason still remembers the smell of freshly baked bagels wafting through the streets of his childhood home. Michelle is a home baking superstar whose been whipping up amazing bagels for the family for years. Her food truly makes people happy. During the pandemic, they decided to share their passion for bagels with the Springs and started selling at local farmers markets. The response was overwhelming - selling out almost every time and getting a fast following! Fast forward...they decided in the Summer of 2022 to take a huge leap of faith and build their very own traditional, NY Style bagel shop. These bagels are truly baked for boosting happiness. Top notch local bagel shop that has developed a fast growing loyal following. Great bagels with fast friendly service and weekend specials each month! On my first visit I went with the jalapeno cheddar and then the special of blueberry buttons with lemon curd which was absolutely amazing! Mostly to go or online pickup as they only have 3 patio tables for seating options - which can quickly fill up on a nice day!

Went in about 0930 on a Saturday busy but the staff was all working hard. The 4 cheese weekend bagel was incredible. Plus they offer discounts ie military. The Bella was incredible I will be back!

First visit after they expanded. Now that the current administration eliminated telework, for no reason other than anecdotal evidence, I can’t visit as much as I like. The place looks great. Glad to see it busy.

A gloomy Sunday morning made brighter by delicious bagel sandwiches. We ordered The Bella (fried egg, bacon, American cheese) on Asiago and Everything bagels via Uber Eats. Packaging was good, but the bagels were a little lukewarm—maybe wrapping them in foil would retain heat better for delivery? The bagels are generously cheesed and had a good portion of bacon and egg on them. You can customize your sandwich on the app which includes an option for extra crispy bacon. Without choosing that, I found the bacon to still be nice and crisp. For the egg, you can choose either scrambled or fried. It would have been nice to have more options for the egg. An over easy egg would have made the bagel even more delicious. The bagels themselves were fresh and tasty. Perfectly balanced texture: tender on the inside with a slight chew that doesn’t fight back. I also got an espresso and added sugar free vanilla. I’m not sure how many pumps of vanilla they add, but it was very sweet. Since we were at home, I just added a bit of hot water and it was perfect. We were really happy with our order, and we would definitely go check out the store after this.

THE place to go for a bagel. Best in town, without a question. The staff is super friendly and the bagels taste like they're fresh from NYC. we love coming here when we're on this side of town, and highly recommend this place to people!
