Specialties: We moved to Cleveland many years ago to pursue new dreams and passions. We are so excited to bring the food from where we grew up and share with everyone. Authentic Brazilian food, served in traditional ways. Our goal is to ensure that each guest receives prompt, professional and friendly service and have exceptional dining experience. When you visit Brasil, you immediately recognize that this is a country full of friendly, warm-hearted people. We are from Brasil, so we are so excited to bring a little piece of it to Cleveland and share it with you! Established in 2015. We realized there was a void in the area of truly authentic Brazilian cuisine (other than Brazilian steakhouses) in the area and wanted to create our family recipes for the people in Cleveland. So we opened Batuqui The Flavor of Brasil in 2015. It has been very rewarding to bring our cuisine and culture to the area, and to delight guests with an amazing new experience!

5 stars all around. The food was incredible! We got the steak with garlic sauce, Brazilian stew with shrimp and fish, ceviche for appetizer and butter cake for dessert! The service and atmosphere we’re fabulous as well. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Cleveland! I cannot wait to go back!

I can't say enough good things about the food and experience here. My wife grew up in Brazil and so Brazilian food is some of my favorite food. I much prefer the authentic to the high end "Brazillain" chain restaurants and this place did not disappoint. It's high quality and authentic. It was my birthday so I got the Brazilian Coconut Batidinha cocktail, the Salgadinhos which has the Coxinhas as part of it, the Churrasco de Picanha, side of fries, and the coconut butter cake for dessert. Every single thing I ordered was incredible. Everything about this place was top notch: food, drinks, atmosphere, service, everything. Highly recommend!

Fantastic date night! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We got a perfect table right by the fireplace. Great explanations of each dish and suggestions based on preference. Tasty drinks! My husband and I ordered most of our meal from the specials list. We tried several cocktails, the flaming Brazilian sausage as an appetizer, shared a steak dish, and topped it off with dessert. Everything was scrumptious! Definitely recommend!

Batuqui was fantastic! We had a group of 17 and the service was still amazing. Everyone at our table was very satisfied with their meal. I had the key lime chicken, perfectly cooked with a crispy outside and so well flavored. All of the appetizers were delicious, as well. Everyone enjoyed their cocktails. The back tent area is well decorated with heaters and blankets for chill weather. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The food here was incredible. Everything that was consumed at the table was delicious, from the most basic appetizer to the more higher end items. The food is a bit on the pricier side, but the flavor and quality make up for it (though the portion sizes aren’t particularly large). Our waitress was not the most attentive, especially since it wasn’t a particularly busy night, but not too many complaints.
