This is the best Korean food I have ever had. The staff is so thoughtful and attentive and every single item we ordered was perfect. The vibes are comforting while still being a beautiful restaurant. I would 100% recommend the LA galbi and spring onion pancake. Such a gem, and it's a family owned small business (bonus points)!

First time eating Korean food and this place is amazing. The service is top notch, the waiter even helped show my date how to use chop sticks and a spoon for the rice in their culture. The portions are huge and the prices are great. The food is fresh with great flavor, and colorful sides. Very impressive. Great job. Very honored to be able to share this gem with the world.

One of my favorite new spots in Denver! Just the sweetest owners with super friendly service — and fantastic Korean flavors! Perfect for a lunch rice bowl or soup — or a dinner feast. We loved everything! And so many other things I wish we could have tried! - Mandoo (fried pork dumplings) are superb, with just enough crispiness and the perfect dipping sauce - Tteoboki (rice cakes) were actually a much bigger dish than we expected — a large soup bowl full of stuff! - Pork Belly Kimbap (rolls) were basically like enormous sushi rolls stuffed with meat - Sundubu Stew (spicy tofu soup with beef and veggies) would make me come back just for this! Would love to try the other stews, too, like Galbi Tang and Mandoo Soup. - Braised Short Rib (big plate) with all the yummy banchan (mini side) trays. - WOW, THE NUTELLA STUFFED PANCAKE DESSERT WITH BANANAS A LA “BANANAS FOSTER”! Incredible. And really can’t go wrong with any of the bowls, like beef bulgogi, (chicken thigh) dak-galbi, jeyuk (spicy marinated pork), pork belly, LA galbi (my favorite beef short ribs), and more.

My family’s favorite spot to come! We gladly drive 20 miles because we’ve been following the owners since before they opened their brick & mortar restaurant. Here are just a few of our items we’ve ordered the past few months and devoured! ☺️🤩we come here on special occasions because it always feels like a warm hug.

BaekGa takes classic Korean cozy food & sets it in a slightly upscale atmosphere. They take homestyle cooking and give it a little elevation. The interior of the space is beautiful, with quick service, and a menu that has variety but not overwhelmingly so. Their banchan (side dishes) are great! They were my favorite part of the meal. They're unlimited with your main dish, of course. You can tell these are made in house vs bulk bought somewhere. Each banchan dish was seasoned well with a great variety of vegetables. We also had their soodubu, which was a little different than other soodubu - rather than tofu and tangy forward, theirs is hearty in meat. Different but enjoyable. We also had their galbijjim. The short ribs were braised until tender, and there was a massive serving of meat alongside glass noodles with a sweet and savory stew. A bit more of a Western flavor profile with how sweet it is. I think their spring onion pancake is one of the best in town! Delightfully crispy, and not soggy which makes it delicious. Their hotteok for dessert was warm, nutty and chewy. We enjoyed the atmosphere and it got very busy at night! Glad we reserved ahead. You can definitely tell they've styled their food and ambiance for the area and demographic - which I think is understandable, and enjoyable nonetheless.
