Great spot! We loved the bar decoration, the unique flavors in the dips, and our main dish was great. The pita was excellent too. It is served hot from the oven. The restaurant also has stylish silverware and dishes.

Such a great addition to the Denver food scene. This place definitely deserves their Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction and the Happy Hour offerings are an even better value for some Levantine food & inspired cocktails. I also love that they feature Colorado wine as their house red.

I had a really great experience at Ash'Kara. I came here on a Friday night. I had a reservation, but the place was not that busy at 5pm, when I arrived. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. The waitress was nice enough to point out that I still had a little tie to sample from the Happy Hour menu. I started with the Carrot Kibbeh Nayyeh, which was very good 8.5/10. The pita bread was fairly good, not the best I have had, but warm and fluffy 7.5/10. I ordered a chicken kabob which was good, great seasoning and flavor 8.7/10. I also enjoyed the Falafel, which were very good, great flavor, crispy and the tomato tahini sauce was great 9/10. For an entrée I got the Braised Lamb Shoulder which was excellent. If there was any complaint is that the serving size was a little small, but everything had amazing flavor 9.8/10. For dessert I had the Baklava, it was pretty good, I will say that it felt a little overcooked at the bottom 7/10. All in all this was a great meal that I was very happy with. The restaurant charges a 20% service fee, which because everything was so good I was fine with. I do believe that a tip should be earned and not expected, but maybe I am becoming old fashion, as I see more places doing this. I look forward to returning in the near future to explore more of the menu.

What an absolute gem. From the great service, cozy vibe, and amazing food, Ash’Kara exceeded my expectations! The pita with hummus was a great start; the bread came out soft and hot, and the hummus was creamy and flavorful. For dinner, I tried the NY strip and the braised lamb shoulder. The steak was very good, but the lamb… I’m going to be dreaming about that lamb. Everything about the dish was perfect, and I highly recommend it.

Such a cute spot! The food was awesome like I’ve heard. Everything was bursting with flavor and we really enjoyed it all! Was just expecting better service on a Monday night. Server was kind but we were left with no water for a few times.
