We always enjoy our visits to Amaia Martini Bar in Downtown Hudson! Known for nightlife and events, but also offers a full menu of small bites and entrees and a range of cocktails and mocktails. At our last visit, even on a fairly busy night with live music, one of the owners went around and asked if guests were enjoying their drinks and the music - and later the head chef also did a lap around the room and asked everyone how their meal was.

It’s my first time here. The minute I walked in the energy in the entire place was amazing. My daughter and I sat at the bar and instantly got serviced. We ordered the steak tips with mash + green beans. The steak melted in your mouth and every bite was savory and delicious. Cindy and Andrea gave us a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back!! ☺️

This is one of our favorite places for drinks and food. Everyone there is great with fantastic service. The drinks are really good. This is the kind of place that you crave to go back to for more.

Espresso Martini, French Blonde good. Risotto and Creme Brulee great. French Kiss was too strong for my companion but she was warned by the bartender beforehand.
