Compared to my beloved Aloy Thai in Boulder, Aloy Thai Eatery has a more casual setting and a smaller menu. You can place your order at the counter or through your phone, which makes it convenient. Despite the simpler vibe, the quality of the food remains just as excellent, and I actually think the portions are larger, with prices that are more affordable! The Drunken Noodle is phenomenal—a must-try! They offer a spice level rating from 1 to 5 stars. I love spicy food, so I chose 4 stars, though it came with a small extra charge for 4 stars +. Next time, I’ll probably stick with 3 stars, which seems like the perfect heat level. The restaurant is located in a lovely neighborhood with relaxing outdoor seating, perfect for a laid-back meal.

Perfect dinner for a chilly day (but would also get year round). Found it through Guys Diners, Drive ins, & Dives and it did not disappoint. I wish I could go back and get the Khao Soi again!

Service was great, very informative on spice levels and how food was prepared. I had Tom Kha soup and added Chicken, very flavorful, right amount of spice for me. I look forward to warmer weather to experience their outdoor patio.

Oh man this place was so delicious i can not wait to come back! We had the pot stickers, khao soi, and the mango sticky rice. Pot stickers were great very flavorful, loved that they give you a saracha package with it, the dipping sauce was also nice. The Khao Soi!!!! Oh man this is buy far the star and what made the meal 10/10 for me! If you come here you have to try this it’s chicken curry with noodles and it’s everything! They give you a side of spicy chile sauce that you can add to your liking, a ball of additional fried noodles, and bit of pickled vegetables you could also add. This curry is flavored to perfection so creamy, the chicken meat falls off the bone, and the noodles just go so well with it! I could literally bathe in this sauce i couldn’t get enough. I could literally eat this everyday. We got an order of mango sticky rice to go and when i first looked at it i was concerned that it was a little to soupy and liquidy compared to the mango sticky rice i have had in the past, but i was so wrong the sauce was so delicious and i was so happy i had extra! This place does not mess around with their food everything was so amazing! No wonder they were featured on food network! I haven’t seen what show they were in but man this is one of those places that gives you so much joy when you eat here i can’t wait to come back definitely going to be one of my regular spot i visit!
